15.) Will we get pictures of ghosts during the tour?

1.)  A ghost tour is a ghost story telling, walking tour conducted in the evening hours on the streets of a particular city.  Normally, one does not go into the buildings, but typically you will be close enough to touch them.  The tours are designed to retell the spiritual accounts of the different locations.  All stories on Nashville Ghost Tours have been researched and well documented.  Some stories have even been reported by police officers.  We do not embellish our stories.

2.)  Since our tours are in the evenings, most of the buildings are closed.  Occasionally, we are invited into the Hermitage Hotel during the tour.  We cannot guarantee that we will always be able to enter that building.  We are only invited in when the conditions are right for a large tour group look around.

3.) Some of our tour guides have had strange things happen while on the tour.  You can ask about them while you are on the tour or click the Tour Guide's Journal to read them now.

4.)  We have had children of all ages on the tour.  The youngest child that claimed to enjoy the tour was only six years old.  This is a storytelling tour, not a haunted house.  No Nashville Ghost Tours employees will jump out of the bushes to frighten the group.  Nashville Ghost Tours might provoke questions from your youngster, but not nightmares.

5.) Expect to have a good time!

6.)  The tour starts promptly at 8:00 PM nightly.  In the case of a Sold Out tour, additional tours will be added to accommodate all tour guests.

7.)  Please arrive at 7:45 PM to check in.

8.)  Everyone who take our tour is required to sign a liability waiver.  The state of Tennessee requires we have a license to conduct our tour business.  The license requires insurance and the insurance company requires us to have everyone sign a waiver of liability.  It is a vicious cycle, isn't it?

9.)  The Hermitage Hotel, the Tennessee State Capitol, St. Mary's Catholic Church, Printer's Alley, and the Ryman Auditorium.

10.)  The tour begins at the corner of 6th Avenue North and Union Avenue across the street from the world famous Hermitage Hotel.  The tour will end at the Ryman Auditorium.

11.)  Adults Ages 12 & over  $15.00  Children Ages 7-11  $8.00  Children Ages 6 & under  Free

12.)  Cancellations made 2 hours prior to the tour will receive a full refund.  Excluding Oct 25-Nov 1.

13.)  The tour is approximately 90 minutes.

14.) Because we are the BEST!  NGT has been doing tours since 2003 and we personally researched all of the locations you will visit.  We are Nashville's Original Haunted Walking Tour!  All of the guides at Nashville Ghost Tours are entertainment professionals.  We employ actors, actresses, singers, songwriters, musicians, and comedians to guide our tours.  Is this necessary to enjoy the tour?  No, but we believe that you should get the most out of your money and the little extras always make the tour more fun!  Besides, would it really be fun to hear a story from an unprofessional tour guide in street clothing?

15.)  There is no way to guarantee a picture of a ghostAccording to Donna Marsh, Founder Adsagsona Paranormal Society," The spirits appear when and where THEY want to.  I've yet to meet too many that would just appear on command." Beware of any tours guaranteeing ghosts.  It is simply not possible.  We have had many pictures of orbs on our tour.  If you have a picture you would like to submit to be posted on the NGT website, please email it to: nashvilleghost@bellsouth.net .
